We are specialists in the Calculation, Design and Manufacture of evaporative air conditioning systems in educational centers
In recent years we have been experiencing the consequences of climate change, winters are getting milder and summers are hotter, temperatures are even high in spring and last until early autumn. Faced with this situation, there are real comfort problems in educational centers reaching thermal stress in students and teachers. The only regulation that makes indirect reference (but in the sense of considering it necessary) is a national regulation, specifically RD 486/1997 of April 14 on safety and health in the workplace, which in its Annex III, establishes that the working conditions, in places with little activity (sedentary work) it cannot exceed 27°C and the air renewal must be 30 m3/h of clean air (that is, outside) and a speed of less than 0.5 m/s. Considering this regulation, evaporative air conditioning systems are the ideal solution in addition to having the following advantages:
-
Economy
The evaporative air conditioning system is much cheaper both in acquisition and in energy consumption compared to equipment with refrigerant gases.
- Natural Air
The system does not require refrigerant gases, the air cools naturally, increasing its degree of humidity. The result is healthy, non-refrigerated air that does not harm the health of the students and with an ideal degree of humidity to avoid respiratory problems.
-
Renewal
The air driven by the equipment is 100% outside, in addition to eliminating odors, dust, etc.
-
Ecological
For its operation, very little electrical power is required, thus reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
-
Comfort
It allows the classroom temperature to be reduced to below 27°C, with an adequate degree of humidity and excellent air renewal.
